Mike Lindberg American Public Works Association Scholarship

Annual scholarship available to Masters students in Public Administration or Urban Studies and Planning. Awarded by the Oregon Chapter of the American Public Works Association to recognize and financially assist students who are interested in pursuing a career in Public Works Administration. Abigail Jacobs-Kaufman Scholarship

The Abigail Jacobs-Kaufman Scholarship awards $1,000 annually to Judaic Studies majors or minors. Applicants will be selected on the basis of academic performance and demonstrated financial need.

Anna T. Rigles has established this travel award for students studying in the Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies Program. The award will go towards defraying conference fees and conference travel-related expenses for undergraduate students who will be presenting or attending conference(s) related to the field of women, gender and sexuality studies. The award is for up to $500 of anticipated travel expenses.

Anne Myers Endowed Scholarship

Annie Spencer Scholarship for Students with Disabilities

The Annie Spencer Scholarship is for both full- and part-time students. A specific goal of the Annie Spencer Scholarship is to enrich the University's learning environment by attracting and recognizing outstanding students from diverse backgrounds and experiences. Applicants must have current documentation (within the last 3 years) of a diagnosed disability by a qualified professional. Documentation will be verified through the Disability Resource Center and will be considered confidential. Recipients must be citizens or permanent residents of the United States. Oregon residents may be given preference and financial need will be taken into consideration. Graduating high school seniors and others with less than 30 college credits must have a high school GPA of at least 2.75; students with 30 or more college credits must have a cumulative college GPA of at least 2.50. All applicants must meet regular admissions requirements. Applicants will be asked to provide documentation of disability.

This scholarship is for undergraduate or graduate students who are pursuing a course of study in engineering, physics, mathematics, or chemistry.

Arthur & Aileen McNett Music Scholarship

This scholarship requires demonstrated financial need. A music major who maintains a 3.0 GPA and full time enrollment is eligible to apply. Candidates are selected based on merit and their audition.

Asher B. Wilson Scholarship

Incoming freshman who declare a Theater Arts major are eligible to apply for this scholarship. The admitted student must enroll for a minimum of 12 credit hours each term that the scholarship is awarded. While the award will not be granted on the basis of financial need, evidence of financial need will be taken into consideration when making an award.

Aspen Mitzvah Fund Scholarship

The Department of World Languages & Literatures offers renewable scholarships of up to $1000 to students enrolling in and completing second- and third-year modern Hebrew sequences. The award will be used to meet tuition costs and related educational expenses at Portland State University. Preference will be given to students in the more advanced (300-level) sequence, and to students in Judaic Studies. Full-time PSU students and high school students may apply. Academic performance and financial need are also major considerations.

Barbara McDougall Endowed Scholarship

The Barbara McDougall Scholarship Award is in honor of one of our past Portland State University students. Mrs. McDougall is generously providing this scholarship to help support promising undergraduate mathematics and statistics students.

Eligibility: All declared undergraduate mathematics and data science majors who have taken at least one upper division course (300 or 400 level) in the Fariborz Maseeh Department of Mathematics and Statistics.

Applicants will need to submit a statement in the online application "regarding current work in mathematics, service to the mathematical community, or promising future work in mathematics."

Barry Commoner Endowed Environmental Scholarship

Dr. Commoner is an internationally known environmental scientist; founder of the Center for the Biology of Natural Systems at Queen’s College, and a former candidate for President of the United States. The Barry Commoner Environmental Scholarship was established to provide support to undergraduate students with academic and career interests in environmental science.

Undergraduate students must nominate themselves for this award. Nominations and letters of recommendations emailed to the ESM Award Committee Chair* are due annually on April 30.

Bauers Family Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship is for students who have served their country in the Oregon National Guard or other branches of military service. The scholarship is established to assist these veterans who are in pursuit of their higher education goals.

Bradley N. Horner Memorial Endowed Scholarship Fund

Criteria: To be eligible for this scholarship you must have declared yourself as a major in Criminology and Criminal Justice at PSU, be in a junior standing, have an interest in pursuing a career in law enforcement, and demonstrate financial need.

Applicants must be admitted or applying for admission to the Career and Community Studies Certificate at Portland State University.

Applicants will need to meet the following criteria:

18 years of age or older
All applicants 18-21 years old must be students of Portland Public Schools
Applicants over age 21 and aged out of school services
Meet the definition and criteria for “intellectual disability” and provide documentation
Have had experiences in work environments (can include any of the following: school-based work experiences, community-based work experiences, volunteer experiences, internships, paid work)

Through responses within the application, personal statement and an interview, applicants will need to:

demonstrate interest in going to college
describe goals for after finishing college
commit to taking 6 – 8 credits each academic term

Student must be a Portland Community College transfer student who has been accepted to Portland State University and is in good standing.
Preference given to a student who has been recognized for their accomplishments or program participation while in Portland Community College.

The scholarship is renewable for up to one additional year assuming student continues to demonstrate high academic achievement.

Child Welfare Education Partnership - BSW

Award: $6,000

The Child Welfare Education Program (CWEP) is a collaborative effort between the School of Social Work at PSU and the Oregon Department of Human Services - Child Welfare (DHS). The program provides educational and tuition support of up to $6,000 to students who are in their senior year pursuing a BSW degree. Graduates agree to work for the Department of Human Services/Children and Families for a minimum of at least one year following graduation. The Child Welfare Education Program prepares graduates for employment and assists with the job application and job search process.

Child Welfare Education Partnership - MSW

Award: $6,000 - $10,000

Who Can Apply: MSW

Deadline: January 13

The Child Welfare Education Program is a collaborative effort between the School of Social Work at PSU and the Oregon Department of Human Services/Child Welfare (DHS/CW). The program provides educational and tuition support to students who are pursuing their MSW degree. Students admitted into the program sign an agreement to work for DHS/CW for at least one calendar year for each academic year they receive financial support. MSW DHS/CW employees receive up to $10,000 per year and non-employees of DHS/CW can be awarded up to $6,000. Partnership students who are also in the Culturally Responsive Leaders Program will be awarded up to $10,000 per academic year (fall, winter and spring terms).

Claudine G. Fisher Endowed Scholarship

Scholarship will be awarded to a student majoring in French with a minimum GPA of 3.50 who demonstrates academic excellence, leadership and financial need. Applicant must submit the common World Languages and Literatures scholarship application form, with all support materials on the checklist. The statement (approximately 350-words, in French) should address the student’s educational goals, university activities and related interests. One letter of recommendation should be from a PSU French professor, the second letter should be from a faculty member outside the department.

The Cliff and Deborah Burns Scholarship was established to support undergraduate Mathematics and Statistics students.

Other criteria: Individuals who have experienced and overcome significant challenge, especially related to depression/mental health. Students must include a 500 word essay detailing the ways they have overcome a challenge, and have demonstrated resilience and determination in pursuing a college education. Information regarding goals and future ambitions should also be included.

Daniel and Laura Brose Memorial Scholarship

The Daniel and Laura Brose Memorial Scholarship was created in December 2001 by Albert and Margaret Chen, Telamon Corporation, in recognition of the support given to them by the Daniel and Laura Brose family.

Eligibility: All declared undergraduate mathematics and data science majors who have taken at least one upper division course (300 or 400 level) in the Fariborz Maseeh Department of Mathematics and Statistics with a GPA in the major of 3.5 or above. Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of Asian culture and experience. Daniel Scheans Endowed Student Support

Daniel Scheans Award (undergraduate)

The Daniel Scheans Award was established in 1998 in memory of Professor Scheans, a beloved faculty member of the Portland State University Anthropology Department from 1965 to 1989. A socio-cultural anthropologist, he was a dedicated scholar and teacher who believed strongly in his undergraduate students and in the value of Anthropology.

One award of $1000 is anticipated each year based on scholastic achievement and merit. The award is not renewable, but students may apply more than once for the scholarship.

The recipient of the award:
a) must be an undergraduate anthropology major and a full-time student (12 credits/quarter) in spring quarter, when the scholarship is issued;
b) must be enrolled two out three quarters in the year they apply; and
c) must have completed a minimum of 20 credit hours in anthropology

Dave Fitzpatrick Mathematics & Statistics Scholarship

Dave Fitzpatrick Mathematics and Statistics Scholarship is established in honor of Dave Fitzpatrick, a graduate of Portland State University, earning a Masters in Mathematics. Dave Fitzpatrick was a member of the Society of Actuaries and earned his FSA and MAAA. He was the Vice-President and Group Actuary for The Standard, a Portland, Oregon insurance company. He was actively involved in the community and made a positive impact on others.

Eligibility: All declared undergraduate mathematics and data science majors who have taken at least one upper division course (300 or 400 level) in the Fariborz Maseeh Department of Mathematics and Statistics, who are in their junior year and have the cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher. Preference will be given to students intending to enter the field of actuarial science.

Honors Laurels Tuition Remission Scholarship

The University Honors College offers a limited number of Laurels Tuition Remissions awards to new and returning Honors students each year. Honors Scholarship awards are made for each academic year and are typically for $3000 per academic year ($1000 each term) and may be renewed for up to four years if the student maintains Honors eligibilty. Awards are applied directly to tuition and cannot be used for any other purpose.

JAMES R. NATTINGER GRADUATE FELLOWSHIP

The James Nattinger Scholarship Fund is established through the Portland State University Foundation to provide scholarship support for outstanding graduate students in the Department of Applied Linguistics. This Scholarship Fund has allowed us to create a graduate award in Professor James Nattinger’s name.

The Nattinger Scholarship Fund Committee will award an annual cash stipend to be paid out in three equal amounts over fall, winter and spring term. The Nattinger recipient is expected to arrange to work with a faculty member in the department, on some research topic of mutual interest.

Applicants must be graduate students who are in good standing in the Applied Linguistics department, or who have recently applied for admittance to the MA TESOL program. James R. Nattinger was a Professor of Applied Linguistics and the first Chair when the department was established in 1988. This scholarship will be awarded to a Graphic Design major who has completed lower division course requirements and the portfolio review. Selection is contingent on the applicant's portfolio, financial need and GPA. The selected scholars should demonstrate a creative spirit and show an aptitude for working in multiple mediums.

NOTE: Schol Cmtee identifies top candidates and requests they submit a hardcopy portfolio. In week 11 or 12 of spring term, the Eyerly family comes to PSU to review these portfolios and give input about recipients.

Katherine Clark Endowed Prize

Serves as a graduation award for an outstanding MSW student who has demonstrated outstanding potential for excellence in clinical social work practice.

Kathleen M. Greey Endowed Scholarship

Criteria: Available to an undergraduate student who is returning to school after a substantial interruption in their studies and who wishes to pursue coursework in any college or school at PSU. Award based on academic promise and financial need. Applicant must be an Oregon resident. Recipient must maintain a 3.35 GPA for each term of the award.

Katrina Matilda Pongracz-Bartha Memorial Scholarship

This award honors Katrina's dedication to women's political issues and her efforts supporting herself financially in pursuit of a degree. The scholarship is awarded annually to an upper-division female student with satisfactory progress towards a degree in political science. Preference given to applicants with job or family responsibilities and demonstrated financial need.

KAVE Opportunity Scholarship

The KAVE Opportunity Scholarship is intended to provide assistance to students from diverse backgrounds and experiences that are traditionally underrepresented in higher education. This scholarship is for students within the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences.

Class Level: Full-time undergraduate students with at least sophomore standing.
Financial Need: Eligible for Pell grants and EFC is $3500 or less.
Academic Record/GPA: Minimum 3.0 GPA achieved during prior academic year.
Other Criteria: Must be a first generation student who has graduated from an Oregon high school.

The Kayo Uchida Sato Endowed Scholarship Fund has been established in an effort to affirmatively increase the number of students entering the fields of math and the natural sciences.

Linda C. Hummer Scholarship

Linda Hummer was a committed feminist educator at PSU. She was the college professor everyone wanted to have. She taught passionately about race, class, gender, and social justice. She inspired, mentored, and changed people's lives. Overcoming financial and physical hurdles, Linda was an inspiration to all who knew her. She was the creative force behind numerous Women's Studies initiatives designing and teaching such courses as "Gender, Class, and Culture" and "Women, Creativity, and Healing." In addition to her passion for art and gardening, Linda was dedicated to making education affordable to women students at PSU. This book scholarship has been established in her memory to continue her efforts. The scholarship will go to Women's Studies majors who have demonstrated academic excellence, performed outstanding service to Women's Studies and the community, or overcome barriers to pursue their educational goals. The scholarship is a one-time award of $450, to be disbursed prior to Fall term. Two awards will be given annually.

The Shleifer Scholarship awards $5000 annually in tuition support to Judaic Studies majors. Applicants will be selected on the basis of academic performance and demonstrated financial need, with preference given to students pursuing the major.

Marjorie Enneking Math Education Endowed Scholarship

The Marjorie Enneking Math Education Endowed Scholarship has been established in honor of the late Marjorie Enneking who was a professor in the Fariborz Maseeh Department of Mathematics and Statistics. One scholarship of $1,000 will be awarded to help students with the cost of textbooks and tuition.

Eligibility: The scholarship is open to all students in a graduate program in mathematics education in the Fariborz Maseeh Department of Mathematics and Statistics. Applicants must have a GPA of 3.0 or higher. Preference will be given to students with demonstrated financial need.

Other criteria: Preference will be given to a student who has worked as a teacher and is returning to school and/or has demonstrated excellence in student teaching based upon recommendations emphasizing achievement or potential from faculty, supervisors or colleagues.

APPLICATION
Applicants for this award will require a 2-page letter of intent that states the purpose of their intended travel/study, its value to their educational goals and proposed budget. The letter should clearly state how the scholarship activity relates to the study of Islamic and/or Ancient Art and may include archaeological excavation and/or research. Strong preference will be awarded for scholarship activities not already available to students in the Portland region.

OUTCOME
Recipients of the award are required to submit a paper to a member of the Prize selection committee for inclusion in PSU’s PDX Scholar Archive within two months of completing research travel. This report shall consist of a scholarly abstract, thesis statement or paper that describes the scholarly activity funded by the prize and its impact on the recipient’s educational goals. The paper will be reviewed by a committee member prior to posting in the PDX Scholar Archive.

The McCoy Graduate Scholarship will be awarded to a social work student from Oregon or Southwest Washington. The scholarship honors State Senator William and Multnomah County Commission Chair Gladys McCoy, two of Portland's most dedicated public servants. The McCoys were committed to addressing the needs of vulnerable populations, including the poor, children, women and members of diverse culture. This scholarship will be awarded to a MSW student pursuing social policy development and service delivery. Eligible students will have completed one year of the MSW program by fall term, and be a member of an ethnic minority group.

Meg Eileenchild O'Hara Scholarship

Meg Eileenchild O’Hara played a pivotal role at PSU during the 1970’s in transforming an informal collection of classes focused on women and feminism into the vibrant degree-granting program that is Women’s Studies today. Meg’s vision of a program focused on feminist activism and student-centered learning lives on. As a woman whose education was interrupted, Meg understood the vital importance of student support programs and was influential in establishing the Mentor Program for Returning Women Students at PSU. This scholarship has been established to give Women’s Studies majors and post-bac certificate students, whose education has been interrupted for five years or more, a one-time award to support their academic goals. The scholarship annual award is $350.

Nancy Ryles Scholarship

Nancy Ryles was born in Portland, Oregon in 1937. She graduated from Jefferson High School and attended one year at Willamette University. In 1957 she married Vernon Ryles, they had two children, Scott and Ashley.

Nancy Ryles first entered the political arena when she served on the Beaverton, OR School Board (1972-1978) where she successfully promoted expansion of girls' athletics, the development and promotion of women administrators, and programs to better prepare students for a multi-cultural society.

Starting in 1978, Nancy served two terms in the Oregon House and then was twice elected to the Senate. Education and school finance were among her primary interests. In 1987, Nancy resigned her senate seat to become the first woman appointed to the Oregon Public Utility Commission.

In July 1990, Nancy Ryles learned that she had a fast-growing form of brain cancer. Many of Nancy's friends wanted to honor Nancy by fostering the ideals she had always championed. Thus, the Nancy Ryles Scholarship was born. It was Nancy's idea that it be established at Portland State University to assist students whose education had been interrupted and who wanted the chance to go back to school. The scholarship was founded in 1990 to assist women whose education had been interrupted and who wished to return to college to earn a degree. The scholarship, an award of up to $8000 annually, is renewable until students have earned their Bachelor’s degrees. Eligible women are strongly encouraged to apply.

Criteria: Applicant must be an undergraduate, who is a permanent resident of Oregon, and who is entering college after a significant period since high school graduation; or is continuing college education after significant disruption; or is transferring to Portland State University after recently returning to a community or four-year college, which return followed a significant delay or interruption in college education. Financial need will be considered. Potential for academic success is a primary consideration when selecting an applicant for an initial scholarship award. To the diversity of the public health workforce with professionals who are optimally positioned to devise pragmatic strategies to address health disparities, the Dean's Scholarship Fund invests in first generation college students as well as well as students from historically underserved, or otherwise marginalized groups. President's Equal Access Scholarship
The purpose of the President’s Equal Access Scholarship is to attract outstanding students from diverse backgrounds and experiences, including racial and ethnic backgrounds that are traditionally underrepresented in higher education. Portland State University’s President’s Equal Access Scholars maintain good academic standing, contribute to the campus-learning environment, and share their unique strengths and diverse perspectives through their involvement in on-campus activities and participation in community service.

Criteria: This scholarship will be awarded to a student 21 years of age or older attending PSU full time and who will be at least a sophomore. The student must be working towards a first bachelor's degree. The student must be completing an average of 14 credits per term. He or she will be enrolled in a department within the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences or the College of Urban & Public Affairs. The recipient will have a cumulative 3.5 GPA when awarded. Applicants will be able to demonstrate commitment to community volunteerism, civic engagement, and progression towards a degree. Applicants must have financial need as determined by income not more that 150% of the poverty line as measured by the US Department of Health and Human Services.

Robert and Normandie Holmes Endowed Travel Fellowship

Robert and Normandie Holmes are firm believers in the power of travel to enrich and broaden understanding and appreciation of the world, its history, and its people. After taking classes in Art History at PSU, they were reminded of the importance of student travel and felt drawn to support the academic study of art by providing support for travel outside the Portland area. This endowment seeks to assist serious students in the scholarly pursuit of art history by affording them the opportunity to experience academic research sources in other cities, regions, or countries.

A grant of up to $1,500 is available for art history majors for travel anywhere outside of the Portland area related to the study of art and art history. Travel must take place within a year after the award is received. Not intended for group activities like study abroad classes and archeological digs.

Sara Glasgow Cogan Memorial Scholarship

The Sara Glasgow Cogan Memorial Scholarship is awarded annually to full-time Portland State University undergraduates who undertake credit-bearing internships in local Jewish communal and cultural organizations. The scholarship is open to students of all backgrounds who are pursuing the major or minor degree in Judaic Studies. Applicants will be selected on the basis of academic performance in general and within the Judaic Studies program in particular, recommendations from faculty, and a statement of interest.

The internship generally runs during Winter and Spring terms, at three credits per term and with the expectation of six hours per week of on-site activity plus supplemental work with the faculty advisor. Most students have undertaken their internships at the Oregon Jewish Museum, assisting with all aspects of the museum’s work, but other types of internships with other organizations (such as the Oregon Area Jewish Committee and Cedar Sinai Park) have been undertaken and are possible.

The scholarship was established by Professor Emeritus Nathan Cogan in memory of his wife Sara Glasgow Cogan, who was active in Jewish communal activities in Portland for many decades.

The Sustainability Scholars program offers competitive awards of $5,000 for four consecutive years to incoming freshmen in the University Honors College who are interested in pursuing undergraduate research with a focus on urban sustainability.

Sustainability Scholars will be active members of the Institute for Sustainable Solutions and the Urban Honors communities.

The Beetham Family Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship is available to undergraduate students majoring in the sciences who are pursuing their first Bachelor's degree and are enrolled at PSU at least half-time. Applicants must submit a FAFSA and preference will be given to applicants with specifc levels of Expected Family Contribution and federally-defined need. Recipients must maintain a GPA of 2.5 or greater. It is important to the donors that students work while enrolled in school. Preference is given to Oregon residents. This scholarship may be awarded to cover full tuition or an amount to fill the gap in tuition need. It may not be used for books, meals, lodging, etc.

The Caroline P. Stoel Editorial Fellowship

This fellowship, endowed in 2001 by the Stoel family, the Wessinger Foundation, Ann and William Swindells, Edmund and Harriett Hayes, and Robert and Cecilia Huntington, carries a university-determined stipend and includes up to 4 quarters of tuition remission, and is usually awarded to a second-year student or prior PHR fellowship recipient. The fellow will work on editorial duties, with special attention to coordinating the referee process for PHR’s article submissions.

Thomas E. Newman Endowed Student Support

Thomas E. Newman Fund (graduate)

Thomas E. Newman was a founding faculty member of the PSU Anthropology Department from 1959 to 1982. An archaeologist, Professor Newman was a dedicated scholar and teacher who believed strongly in his students and in the value of anthropology. The award was established in his memory.

On award of $1000 is anticipated annually, which will be given to an outstanding anthropology graduate student, who shows promise in their research and future career in anthropology. The award is not renewable, but students may apply more than one time. The fund can be issued as a scholarship applied towards tuition, which would be administered through Financial Aid, or as a check directly paid to the student as an employee or non-employee (payment in this way is taxable). Funds will be dispersed through Financial Aid; and coordinated through the Anthropology Department.

Walter H. Kramer Fellowship

Dr. Walter H. Kramer founded the first transportation studies center in the Department of Marketing (now School of Business Administration). Focusing on transportation research and education, Dr. Kramer believed that “the actions of an individual, of a college, can determine the future of our cities, our society,” and devoted himself toward bringing “the resources of the faculty to bear on the problems of the community.”

This fellowship is aimed at providing financial support to PSU graduate students enrolled in transportation-related graduate programs and working on multi-disciplinary, multi-modal research connected with making a difference in “our cities, our society, and the community”.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Be enrolled (full-time or part-time) in one of the programs listed below during the full 2019-20 academic year. Incoming and continuing students may apply.
- Master of Urban and Regional Planning (MURP)
- Master of Urban Studies (MUS), Ph.D. in Urban Studies
- Master in Civil & Environmental Engineering, Ph.D. in Civil & Environmental Engineering
Maintain a 3.0 GPA while receiving the scholarship
Demonstrate an intent to pursue a career related to bicycle and pedestrian transportation

TERMS

The scholarship award will be $2000. The award is made to a student for one year only.

Wayne Suttles Graduate Fellowship

Wayne Suttles Graduate Fellowship (graduate)

In honor of the late Professor of Anthropology Dr. Wayne Suttles, several donors, including Mr. David Ellis, have established a fellowship for graduate students in their final year of study. Funding is available for 2019-20, with the possibility of funds in following years. Dr. Suttles studied the social dynamics of Native peoples of the Pacific Northwest, and his research and teaching brought important stature to the fledgling anthropology program at PSU.

The Suttles fellowship, in the amount of $5000, is for graduate students in good standing enrolled in the Department of Anthropology at Portland State University; and is designed to pay for a student’s final-year tuition and provide a stipend for fall and winter terms, with the possibility of spring term if recipient is showing significant progress toward thesis completion. Preference will be given to students applying at the end of their 2nd year, but faculty will consider applicants applying at the end of the 3rd year.

Students will be selected according to the following criteria:
1) Academic record: Student will show excellence in academic performance, as indicated by GPA.
2) Geographic focus: is the Pacific Northwest or Alaska.
3) Other criteria: Student will have shown sufficient progress towards their thesis project at the time of the application such that completing the thesis during the award year is assured. Minimally, the thesis proposal will have been circulated and approved by faculty at the time of the application. Ideally, the student will have completed part of their research at the time of applying, to ensure that the thesis will be completed in the award year.
4) Financial need: student will provide a statement of income sources/options for final year of graduate school.

World Languages and Literatures Study Abroad Scholarship

Name: WLL Undergraduate Study Abroad Scholarship
Number of Awards: 1 per year
Amount: $2000
Deadline: April 1

Purpose: To support study in a term, semester, or yearlong study abroad program with an explicit language component.

Criteria: One scholarship will be awarded to a student who meets the following minimum criteria:
•    Full-time PSU student
•    Completion of at least 90 credits (junior standing)
•    Completion of at least 12 credits of a world language at PSU
•    3.0 overall GPA
•    3.4 GPA in all WLL classes
•    Financial need
•    Proposed study abroad program must be approved by PSU Education Abroad Office

Criteria: This fund will provide a scholarship to a full time undergraduate Oregon resident who is a student in the College of Urban & Public Affairs with a 3.0 GPA and has demonstrated financial need.
